🎓 Qualification: DM Nephrology

💼 Experience: 0–5 years 

🔹 Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Consultant Nephrologist to diagnose and manage patients with kidney-related disorders. The candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive nephrology care including dialysis, ICU support, and transplant evaluation.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat patients with kidney diseases such as:

  • Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD)

  • Acute Kidney Injury (AKI)

  • Electrolyte imbalances

• Manage hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis patients

• Supervise and guide dialysis technicians and staff

• Provide consultation in ICU for renal complications

• Evaluate and manage pre & post kidney transplant patients

• Perform procedures such as:

  • Temporary & permanent dialysis catheter insertion

  • Kidney biopsy 

• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans

• Coordinate with other departments (Cardiology, ICU, Medicine)

• Ensure quality care and patient satisfaction

🔹 Skills Required

• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills in nephrology

• Expertise in dialysis management

• Good communication and patient counseling skills

• Ability to handle critical care patients

• Team leadership and coordination

🔹 Key Requirements

• DM / DNB in Nephrology

• Valid Medical Council Registration

• Ability to work in a hospital

🔹 Preferred Skills 

• Experience in kidney transplant unit

• ICU exposure

• Academic interest (teaching, research)
