Hardware & Networking Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues (motherboard, RAM, HDD/SSD, SMPS, etc.)
- Set up and manage LAN/WAN networks
- Configure routers, switches, firewalls, and access points
- Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues
- Manage IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, and network security
- Install and configure operating systems (Windows/Linux)
- Handle software installation, updates, and antivirus management
- Provide technical support to users (onsite/remote)
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware components
- Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, OSI Model)
- Experience with routers, switches, and firewalls
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN, VPN, VLAN
- Familiarity with Windows Server / Linux basics
- Basic cybersecurity awareness
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Biometric device setup
- Printer and scanner troubleshooting
- Support for servers and backup systems
